The Project Manager is the “driver” of the project. Your Project Manager is an adept communicator, scheduler, expeditor, accountant, analyst, strategist, mediator and psychologist.
Each of our Superintendents has many years of experience in the Valley building custom homes of similar scope and magnitude. Some have “hands-on” fine carpentry skills that are top in the Valley, if not the country. Your superintendent is responsible for running all field operations full-time from commencement to completion.

Our accounting staff aids the entire project team by producing accurate billings, providing current cost and budget information, and tracking changes.
